This project marks our company's first collaboration with an edible oil factory in Pakistan. Focusing on the client's fluid control needs in the edible oil production process, we utilized Class 2500 high-pressure welded gate valves as the core product. In accordance with the client's letter of credit (L/C) settlement requirements, we efficiently completed delivery and service, establishing a stable foundation for cooperation.
1. Product Needs: We needed to purchase three sizes of welded gate valves (8", 6", and 2"), with a pressure rating of Class 2500. These valves were required to be suitable for high-pressure fluid control in the raw material transportation, refining, and storage stages of the edible oil factory. The valves needed to be oil-resistant, have tight seals, and be leak-free, adaptable to the local edible oil production conditions in Pakistan, and able to handle media erosion and pressure fluctuations during factory production.
2. Settlement Needs: As this was our first collaboration, the client, for reasons of fund security and international trade compliance, explicitly requested settlement via letter of credit (L/C). We were required to assist in the entire process, including reviewing the L/C terms and preparing the documents, ensuring that the documents complied with the principle of "consistency between documents and documents" to mitigate settlement risks.
1. Product Solution: Designed for edible oil factory operations and Class 2500 high-pressure requirements, welded gate valves made of chromium-molybdenum alloy steel are selected. The valve body is made of WC6 steel, and the sealing surface is made of hard alloy, ensuring oil resistance, wear resistance, and a tight seal to prevent edible oil leakage and contamination. Production strictly adheres to customer-specified specifications (8", 6", 2"), and each valve undergoes pressure and sealing tests to meet the high-pressure fluid control needs of the entire edible oil production process.
2. Letter of Credit Solution: The project's business manager liaises with the client and both banks throughout the process, reviewing the draft letter of credit in advance, focusing on verifying core terms such as goods specifications, amount, and document requirements. Simultaneously, the manager reviews all documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, quality inspection reports, and certificates of origin, ensuring complete consistency between the documents and the letter of credit terms and trade contract. The manager provides full guidance to the client on opening and amending the letter of credit, ensuring safe and efficient settlement and alleviating the client's financial concerns for first-time cooperation.

Production Delivery: Upon receiving the letter of credit, priority will be given to arranging production lines, strictly controlling the production cycle to ensure product quality and delivery time meet standards simultaneously; corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant packaging will be used, suitable for sea freight requirements, and professional international logistics will be selected to track the cargo's status throughout the entire process, ensuring the goods are smoothly transported from the domestic factory to the customer's designated location in Pakistan, with the entire process meeting the timeframe stipulated in the letter of credit, successfully completing delivery across more than 6,000 kilometers.
2. Customs Clearance Assistance: A dedicated person will be assigned to liaise with the customer to assist in preparing customs clearance documents.
3. After-Sales Support: After delivery, 24-hour remote response will be provided to customer inquiries, offering timely technical support for questions regarding valve installation and commissioning; regular customer follow-ups will be conducted to understand the valve's operating status and provide maintenance suggestions; every effort will be made to ensure the customer's production continuity and address any after-sales concerns of first-time customers.
1. Project Results: All welded gate valves were delivered on time and cleared customs smoothly. After installation and commissioning, all valves met the standards, precisely adapting to the high-pressure fluid control needs of the customer's edible oil plant. They operated stably without leakage, fully complying with Class 2500 pressure rating, ensuring the smooth progress of the customer's production process. The letter of credit settlement process was efficient and error-free, and we successfully received payment, achieving a successful conclusion to the first cooperation between the two parties and demonstrating the reliable competitiveness of Chinese valve products in the Pakistani market.

They clearly stated that the valves have strong adaptability, and their sealing performance and high-pressure resistance fully meet the needs of edible oil production.
