This project is an expansion and renovation project for the water circulation system of a local manufacturing plant in the UAE. It primarily addresses wastewater treatment, circulating cooling water delivery, and water supply and drainage network shut-off control. The UAE has a tropical desert climate, characterized by high temperatures, dryness, and large diurnal temperature variations. Furthermore, the circulating water in the plant contains a small amount of salt, placing high demands on the valves' temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and sealing stability.
The client found Yuming Valves' official website through an online search engine and sent their project procurement requirements via email. After confirmation of technical parameters, drawings, and qualification documents, the client ultimately signed a contract for bulk purchase of national standard soft-seal wafer butterfly valves, ranging in size from DN50 to DN500, with a pressure rating of PN16, for the on/off control of the entire water treatment network.

This client was an Indonesian engineering procurement company whose core requirement was a customized automated water storage system and its supporting valve control system. Initially, the client lacked sufficient understanding of product parameters, operating condition compatibility, installation plans, and project implementation details, leading to numerous procurement concerns. Yuming, leveraging its professional technical expertise, meticulous service, mature project solutions, and attentive support, quickly addressed the client's doubts, built deep trust, and achieved a precise and short-term transaction, successfully securing the order.

In 2025, the Bosnia and Herzegovina urban water supply pipeline upgrade project, aiming to address issues such as leakage and insufficient durability of aging pipe networks, publicly procured gate valves compatible with European standards. Yuming Valve Group, leveraging its mature technology, reliable quality, and experience in adapting to the European market, successfully partnered with a local trading company.

This project marks our company's first collaboration with an edible oil factory in Pakistan. Focusing on the client's fluid control needs in the edible oil production process, we utilized Class 2500 high-pressure welded gate valves as the core product. In accordance with the client's letter of credit (L/C) settlement requirements, we efficiently completed delivery and service, establishing a stable foundation for cooperation.

I. Project Background
Russia is a major global energy producer, and its oil refining industry places extremely high demands on the technical capabilities and delivery reliability of equipment suppliers. In 2024, a large Russian oil refinery launched a crude oil processing unit upgrade project, requiring the procurement of a batch of American standard forged steel gate valves for critical piping systems.

In 2025, a South African oil and gas engineering company purchased industrial pipeline valves in bulk from Yuming Valve Group for a regional natural gas pipeline network upgrade project. The purchased valves included American Standard WCB flange ball valves, cast steel gate valves, swing check valves, basket filters, and safety valves, for use in local natural gas transportation, process pipeline shut-off, media filtration, and pressure relief. Leveraging over 10 years of practical experience in foreign trade valve projects, and considering the high temperature, dryness, and large diurnal temperature variations in South Africa, we provided the client with a complete valve selection, factory testing, export wooden crate packaging, and cross-border logistics delivery service. This order was shipped in three batches, and all products passed factory testing. As of April 2026, all valves had been successfully delivered to the South African project site.
