This project is an expansion and renovation project for the water circulation system of a local manufacturing plant in the UAE. It primarily addresses wastewater treatment, circulating cooling water delivery, and water supply and drainage network shut-off control. The UAE has a tropical desert climate, characterized by high temperatures, dryness, and large diurnal temperature variations. Furthermore, the circulating water in the plant contains a small amount of salt, placing high demands on the valves' temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and sealing stability.
The client found Yuming Valves' official website through an online search engine and sent their project procurement requirements via email. After confirmation of technical parameters, drawings, and qualification documents, the client ultimately signed a contract for bulk purchase of national standard soft-seal wafer butterfly valves, ranging in size from DN50 to DN500, with a pressure rating of PN16, for the on/off control of the entire water treatment network.
