This project is a large-scale centralized heating system renovation project for urban communities in Mongolia, covering the underground heating network and heat exchange station units of a large residential area. Mongolia experiences long, harsh winters, with temperatures reaching as low as -40°C. All heating pipelines are directly buried, placing stringent requirements on valves for freeze protection, temperature difference resistance, zero leakage, and long service life. The existing old-style segmented ball valves had many welds and were prone to leakage and freezing after being buried underground, leading to frequent heating outages and severely impacting residents' winter heating needs. The client learned about Yuming Valves' extensive experience in supporting heating networks in cold northern regions through online channels. They sent their procurement requirements via email. After technical communication and drawing selection, both parties purchased Yuming fully welded ball valves in bulk for use in the community's underground heating main and branch networks and heat exchange station units. The entire set of products was successfully installed, commissioned, and put into operation for heating.

The client for this project is a modern textile enterprise in Punjab Province, Pakistan, primarily engaged in textile weaving and dyeing. The factory is equipped with a complete boiler heating system, a high-temperature, high-pressure steam pipeline network, and automated dyeing production lines. The textile industry is characterized by continuous, uninterrupted production, and the factory's steam pipeline network operates under harsh conditions of high temperature, high pressure, and frequent temperature fluctuations.

In 2025, a South African energy company is implementing a natural gas pipeline valve replacement project and needs to procure 8” Class 150 American standard WCB flanged ball valves. Requirements include compliance with API and ASME standards, a WCB carbon steel valve body suitable for natural gas media, reliable sealing, wear resistance and aging resistance, and adaptability to South Africa's complex climate; provision of American standard certification, material reports, and customs clearance documents to ensure cross-border compliance.

I. Project Background
This project is a water supply renovation project for a community in a Vietnamese city, covering the community's pipe network and purified water delivery system. Due to the high humidity and trace impurities in the local water, the pipe network operates in a humid environment with high corrosion resistance requirements. Ordinary carbon steel valves are prone to rust, scaling, and jamming, affecting the stability of the water supply and water quality safety. The client learned through Natural Water Factory that Yuming Valves specializes in manufacturing complete sets of valves for municipal water affairs and water supply and drainage. Familiar with our strict factory quality inspection system and foreign trade delivery experience, the client proactively contacted us via email to customize and purchase a batch of CF8 stainless steel series valves for the new phase of the water supply pipeline upgrade project.

In 2024, a Bolivian energy company launched a natural gas pipeline upgrade project. To ensure the safe and stable transmission of natural gas, it purchased a batch of American Standard WCB gate valves. Yuming Valves, with its API certification and professional American Standard valve workshop, efficiently completed the supply and service.

In 2024, an energy and chemical company in Kazakhstan (a long-term partner of Yuming Valves) needed to replace valves in its process piping network. They required standard-compliant WCB two-piece floating flange ball valves (DN80, PN16) and matching control valves for precise flow control of industrial gases and process fluids.
