This project is a water supply renovation project for a community in a Vietnamese city, covering the community's pipe network and purified water delivery system. Due to the high humidity and trace impurities in the local water, the pipe network operates in a humid environment with high corrosion resistance requirements. Ordinary carbon steel valves are prone to rust, scaling, and jamming, affecting the stability of the water supply and water quality safety. The client learned through Natural Water Factory that Yuming Valves specializes in manufacturing complete sets of valves for municipal water affairs and water supply and drainage. Familiar with our strict factory quality inspection system and foreign trade delivery experience, the client proactively contacted us via email to customize and purchase a batch of CF8 stainless steel series valves for the new phase of the water supply pipeline upgrade project.

• High-precision dimensional verification: Before packaging, the outer diameter, center distance, thickness, and structural length of each flange are measured individually to ensure seamless on-site installation;
• Online remote acceptance: The customer does not need to be present; the entire process of production, pressure testing, dimensions, appearance, and packaging is verified via video.
III. Product Configuration for This Supply
All products supplied are CF8 stainless steel national standard series products, suitable for municipal clean water supply, long-term outdoor buried applications, corrosion resistance, and sanitary conditions:
• CF8 Stainless Steel Gate Valve: As the main shut-off valve for pipelines, the valve body is corrosion-resistant, rust-free, and free from media contamination. It offers smooth opening and closing, strong sealing performance, and is suitable for long-term normally open and normally closed water supply conditions.
• CF8 Stainless Steel Check Valve: Effectively prevents water backflow, water pressure reversal, and water hammer in the pipeline network, protecting downstream pipelines and equipment and ensuring a stable unidirectional water supply to the water transmission system.
• CF8 Stainless Steel Pipeline Filter: Filters impurities such as sediment and fine particles from the water, protecting downstream valves, water meters, and pipeline equipment, and significantly reducing the probability of pipeline failure.

2. Customer-Spotted Dimensional Verification Before Shipment

For each sampled valve, precise measurements were taken of key dimensions such as structural length, flange outer diameter, bolt center distance, flange thickness, and bore diameter. All data was recorded and archived to ensure product dimensional compliance, effectively avoiding installation deviations during overseas installation and guaranteeing accurate on-site assembly.
3. Fully Online Video Acceptance: Real-time video conferencing is used throughout the production finalization, pressure testing, dimensional verification, and appearance inspection processes. Customers can remotely observe and inspect the goods online, confirming product quality, workmanship details, and packaging standards. The entire process is transparent and traceable, significantly saving customers time and inspection costs.
V. Project Results and Customer Feedback
After this batch of CF8 stainless steel valves was put into operation in the Vietnamese municipal water supply network, the pipeline water supply was stable, with no leakage, backflow, or blockage by impurities. The failure rate of pipeline maintenance was significantly reduced. The stainless steel material is perfectly adapted to the local humid and corrosive environment, effectively avoiding the problems of rusting, jamming, and leakage of traditional cast iron valves, ensuring the safety of urban water supply quality and the long-term stability of the pipeline network.
