I. Project Background
This project is located in a coastal industrial park in Peru and is part of the upgrading and renovation project of the heating system for a local chemical enterprise. It mainly involves supporting the boiler high-temperature steam pipeline network, medium transportation pipelines, and pressure safety protection systems. The project conditions are characterized by high temperature, high pressure, and media containing trace amounts of corrosive impurities. Valve leakage or pressure overpressure loss of control could easily lead to safety accidents. Therefore, stringent requirements are placed on the valves' pressure resistance, high-temperature resistance, sealing reliability, and overpressure relief capabilities.
The client initiated a technical inquiry via email. After multiple rounds of technical parameter confirmation and material scheme comparison, the client ultimately selected Yuming as the valve supplier for this heating pipeline project, purchasing in bulk three types of industrial high-pressure valves: forged steel gate valves, forged steel check valves, and spring-loaded safety valves. 1. A105 Forged Steel Welded Gate Valve
Using an integral A105 forged steel forging process, the valve body structure is dense, without porosity or looseness defects, resistant to high pressure and high temperature, and suitable for high-temperature steam and process media pipelines. The welded connection method achieves seamless pipeline connection, eliminating the risk of leakage from flange connections at the source. It is precisely used for starting and stopping chemical pipelines and isolating pipelines during equipment maintenance. Its sealing performance is reliable and it can stably open and close under wide temperature and high pressure conditions for a long time. 2. A105 Forged Steel Lift Check Valve: Made of forged steel, this valve is installed at the boiler outlet and rear pipeline of the pump body. It automatically opens and closes based on the direction of media flow, effectively preventing backflow of steam and process media. This avoids water hammer damage to boilers, pressure gauges, pumps, and other critical equipment, protecting the entire thermal system, reducing equipment failure probability, and extending the service life of pipeline equipment.
3. Spring Flange Safety Valve: As a core safety pressure relief device for the thermal pipeline network, this valve can be precisely calibrated according to the customer's set pressure. When the pressure in the pipeline exceeds the safety threshold, it automatically opens to relieve pressure and automatically closes after the pressure drops back to the safe range, preventing major safety accidents such as pipeline overpressure explosions and leaks from the source. This product is available in two materials: WCB carbon steel and ductile iron, suitable for different pipeline pressure levels, and adapted to high-pressure steam mains and medium-pressure process branch pipelines, respectively. Each safety valve undergoes third-party pressure calibration before leaving the factory and comes with an official calibration certificate.

The valves are then sealed in fumigated solid wood crates, effectively resisting moisture, salt spray, and impact damage during ocean shipping, ensuring the goods arrive safely at the Peruvian industrial park.
