I. Project Overview
This project's partner is a local Indonesian construction company, primarily undertaking supporting infrastructure for a high-end residential and commercial community in Jakarta, encompassing the community's water supply and drainage, HVAC, and terminal piping systems. Due to the high humidity of Indonesia's tropical rainforest and the presence of trace corrosive impurities in the water, the project placed extremely high demands on the corrosion resistance, leak-proofness, and stability of small and medium-sized water valves. After multiple rounds of sample testing and qualification comparison, the client ultimately purchased Yuming brass gate valves DN20-DN80 (3/4”-3”) in bulk for pipeline on/off control within the project.

• Sampling inspection of key dimensions: Tolerances were precisely controlled according to GB/T 8464-2023 standard.
• Spectroscopic material testing: The brass material composition fully met standards.
• Full inspection of shell pressure and sealing performance: No leakage or deformation after 30 minutes of pressure testing.
• Opening and closing operation test: Smooth switching without jamming or abnormal noise.
All products in this batch were 100% qualified and successfully passed the customer's on-site acceptance.
V. Project Implementation Results
1. Stable and Reliable Operation: After being put into operation, the equipment adapted to the high temperature and humidity conditions in Indonesia, exhibiting no rust, leakage, or malfunctions, ensuring long-term stable operation of the pipeline network.
2. Significant Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: The product is easy to install and has an extremely low failure rate, significantly reducing subsequent maintenance costs and contributing to on-time project delivery. 3. Establishing Long-Term Cooperation: Leveraging its stable quality and professional overseas service experience, after three months of safe operation, Yuming successfully reached a long-term cooperation agreement with an Indonesian construction company, continuing to undertake subsequent orders for commercial and residential, and municipal supporting valves.
